EXAMPLE RECIPES

Peanut Butter Squares

-1.5 cup pb -1/2 cup honey - 2 tsp vanilla -2 eggs -1/2 tsp barking soda. →Mix and bake for 20 min at 350. It makes 17 squares. {1 yellow and 2.5 tsp}

PIZZA

Super easy lunch that's kid friendly. 1 whole wheat tortilla, 1/4 c grandmas tomato sauce from fixate, 1 clove garlic, 1/4 c broccoli, 1/4 c mushrooms, 2 tbs mozzarella 2 tbs Parmesan. I changed it up a bit and put pepperoni on kids and chicken and bell pepper on mine. What I had in the fridge! And bake at 425 for 10 min

CHICKEN SALAD

You can serve this on tortilla, pita, or on top of a salad.
