Pretty much if you put curry in it, I love it! This is one of my favorite chicken salad recipes and I like to make it on the weekeds so that I have it for lunch during the week.
Serves 6/307 calories each
2-3 baked chicken breast chopped into 1/2 inch cubes
1/4 cup fat free mayo
3 celery stalk chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tsp curry powder
2 tsp dijon mustard
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup chopped apple or raisins(optional)
1/2 whole wheat pita
shredded lettuce
1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl and mix well
2. Spoon into pita and top with lettuce.
