I’m Kristin, a proud mom of four amazing girls, and I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re anything like me, you understand how busy life can get as a mom, especially when you’re juggling so many roles. But throughout my own journey, I’ve learned that taking care of myself is not just a luxury—it’s essential for me to show up as my best self for my family.
Before becoming a mom, I spent years as a teacher and guidance counselor. I loved helping others, guiding students through tough times, and seeing them grow. But when I became a mom myself, I quickly realized how overwhelming and all-consuming motherhood can be. As a military spouse, I was often moving from place to place, seeking flexibility and something I could truly call my own. That’s when I discovered fitness—and it completely changed my life.
How Fitness Became My Passion
Fitness and health didn’t start as a career for me; it started as a need to regain my energy, my health, and my sense of self after having kids. As a mom of four, I found myself constantly putting my children’s needs first. I struggled with finding balance and taking care of my own health. But fitness became my anchor, a way to reclaim my body, my energy, and my confidence. It’s where I found my strength, both physically and mentally.
Through fitness, I not only began feeling better, but I also realized that I wanted to help other moms like me. I wanted to empower women to take charge of their health and wellness, no matter how chaotic life felt. Fitness wasn’t just a hobby anymore—it became my passion and my mission.

After years of being a teacher and counselor, I found that the flexibility I needed as a military spouse wasn’t going to come from a traditional career path. I wanted something I could control, something that allowed me to be there for my family while still building something that was mine. That’s when I decided to make wellness my career.
I began helping other women, especially busy moms, find simple, sustainable ways to live healthier lives. I focus on empowering women to feel strong, energized, and confident, while also navigating the unique challenges of motherhood. It’s about finding ways to prioritize health without feeling overwhelmed or sacrificing family time.
